The HTC1 is carved by CNC machines out of solid billet aluminum, exclusively for the Honda CBR1000RR.

 

Designed to integrate with the aerodynamic, muscular character of the bike, the HTC1 is an extraordinary addition to an extraordinary motorcycle.

 

Rigid, strong, and light-weight, the HTC1 makes its own statement through the proprietary trellis design, refined to integrate completely with the CBR1000RR's unique styling.

 

The HTC1 replaces the stock top triple clamp and clamp cover, permitting the use of Cycle Cat rips multi-adjustable bar mounting systems. It also provides for raising the fork tubes (lowering the front end of the bike). While the HTC1 is designed to be used with the Cycle Cat rips system, once in place, the HTC1 will permit the use of any appropriate clip on.

 

As with all Cycle Cat triple clamps, the HTC1 is machined to Cycle Cat's unsurpassed standards, then sealed and surface-hardened in a choice of four anodized finishes. The HTC1 is also available in chrome

DTC8 Billet Triple Clamp

 

The DTC8 top triple clamp is CNC-machined of solid billet aluminum, with Cycle Cat's signature trellis design, combining remarkable strength and rigidity with minimal weight and stunning looks. Designed to fit a wide range of late model Ducati Monsters (see "applications" below), these clamps are designed for either over clamp or under clamp mounting of Cycle Cat's rips bar mounting systems.

 

The DTC8 comes complete with required hardware for quick, bolt-on installation.

 

How the system works:

 

The DTC8 replaces the stock top triple clamp. The instruments bolt right to the clamp via the mouting tab and special additional hardware provided. Then, any Cycle Cat rips bar mounting system designed for the specific bike in question, may be mounted either above or below the triple clamp. Please note that mounting above the triple clamp requires that the fork tubes have been raised (the front end lowered) sufficient to provide 1" of clamping surface on the fork tubes, above the triple clamp.

The YRS11 is a solid, billet aluminum rearset made for Yamaha R1 models, and which makes up one-half of a total R1 rips, the most complete product available for optimizing rider position and motorcycle ergonomics. Used alone or together with the Cycle Cat BR series multi-adjustable bar mounting system, the YRS11 provides a range of adjustment limited only by your motorcycle itself. Typically, the range of adjustment is far in excess of what anyone will ever use.

 

As with all Cycle Cat rearset systems, the design and machining has been done thoroughly and with great attention to detail, so that the system bolts up easily, critical stock parts are reused, and nothing additional remains to purchased, customized, or modified by the user. With the YRS11, special attention has been paid to engineering the shift linkage so that not only is adjustability in the shift lever easy to achieve, but the linkage itself remains located and oriented exactly as stock. Right through the frame, where it belongs. On the brake side, shown in the inset above, adjustment is made through a unique double-spline coupling, permitting adjustment of the brake lever height without any change in the brake system mechanics or geometry. The stock master cylinder fits right in, and the total system can be installed and made ready to ride in minutes.

 

Light, strong, and the most adjustable system you can buy for your R1, the YRS11 not only delivers the ability to totally dial in the fit of your ride, but looks killer good in the process.
